Prior to Cambridge Dental Practice Management and Marketing Consultants, I had a serious lack of control in the dental practice with staff training and management. We had lots of motion, lots of things going on that were not being handled that left me feeling rather anxious about where the practice was heading. The practice was expanding but the management and marketing of it was shaky. I began to feel like the wheels of this train were about to come off. My intention in hiring Cambridge for their dental management and marketing consulting was never to make more money but simply to regain some control that had dissipated with the expansion of this office. I personally feel that the dental consultants at Cambridge have improved our office forever.

In the first year, I doubled my production and in the following years the office has grown approximately an additional 30% each year. Not only do I feel like the wheels are not going to come off, we have tightened those wheels and oiled the tracks. And last year I took more days off from the office than ever before!
